My stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable. The room was spacious, overlooking the pool and Lake Lugano, and having a balcony was a lovely bonus. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the locked door added a sense of security and privacy. The service from Federico Hass and his team was exceptional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location, while not in the city center, was convenient with easy access to the funicular and other attractions. The dining options were satisfying, and the facilities were well-maintained.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise – the rooms are surprisingly good and reasonably priced by Swiss standards. They were spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, which was a nice change. We had a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains, and it was so quiet that we could even leave the patio door open at night for that wonderful fresh air.
